By using Activdox products, you agree to these Terms.

1.2 Use of the Service

You may use Activdox for lawful purposes only. You may not:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

1.4 Content

You retain ownership of your ADFs and annotations. You grant Activdox a limited license to store and process them solely to provide the service.

1.5 Payments

Payments for cloud storage or Publisher upgrades are handled by Shopify. Activdox does not store payment information.

1.6 Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts for violations of these Terms.

1.7 Disclaimers

Activdox is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

1.8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Activdox is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

1.9 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of U.S and it territories and all members of the EU
